After several years of university studies and a career as a civil engineer, I changed careers to become a residential mortgage broker in 2012. I worked for almost 8 years as a mortgage specialist in a large financial institution where I reached the highest peaks of performance. I specialize in various types of financing, including first purchases, new construction, land, refinancing as well as financing for real estate investors. Being a real estate investor myself in Quebec, New Brunswick and the United States in multi-housing and short-term rentals, my experience allows me to clearly understand the needs of my investor clients and speak the same language as you.
